Jenovive Chinyere is a British-Nigerian Corporate Resource Development professional, Seasoned Entrepreneur and Social Development Advocate. Born in the United Kingdom in 1987, her formative years were spent between London, Sierra Leone, and the USA.
Jenovive is an advocacy champion for Capacity Development in Young Women and Girls for the understanding of entrepreneurship and opportunities available for their growth in various fields of endeavor. Her effort in development impact runs actively through several countries of the ECOWAS subregion, the African Continent and the diaspora.
She is the Chief Executive of Dream West Africa, which is broken down into the real estate sector and the consulting sector. Her work in the real estate and consulting sector has expanded it working relationships with over 100 internationally known companies over the past 10 years.

Through her Dream West Africa Foundation, she has been able to focus Corporate Social Responsibility efforts adequately.
Jenovive has also provided regular pop-up medical, financial, psycho-social, and rehabilitation support to various communities in Sierra Leone for the past 3 years. Monthly, she makes an impression on over 150 families each month in terms of support for schooling, medical, and feeding. Annually, she makes an impression on over 10,000 persons in Sierra Leone.
Her impressive Humanitarian effort, which in itself demands considerable resources due to its growing impact and reach, has been receptive to partners and donors over the years and opens it’s doors to more partnerships for the common interest of care giving, alleviation, empowerment and capacity building.
